With the mature technology the pumps are an ideal tool for injection works like water sealing, crack repair, consolidation and other applications in tunnelling, specialised civil engineering and reconstruction. The injection resins such as 1 component products (e.g. CarboStop) or 2 component polyurethane resins (e.g.CarboPur) as well as silicate resins (e.g. WilkitFoam) and acrylate gels (e.g. CarboCryl) of Minova CarboTech are well applicated with all pumps described. nnnnnn

The injection hose CEM-11 is used for the sealing of joints, which are stressed permanently or occasionally by ground water and/or surface water. The joints neccessary according to technical construction can be build out force-fit and waterproof. CEM-11 is a PVC-based single-wall hose. Inside out he has conical cuts resp. trenches for the discharge of the injection material and he‘s well suited or the sealing of joints in underground works. The cuts close themselves according to the geometry and prevent successfully the penetration of cement paste into the transport channel.

Our system is designed like a meccano system, all parts are coordinated. They can be sticked together with plug connection or screwed joints. Fast connecting and separating of parts resp. units are ensured. The application of the complete injection system guarantees high safety and performance in changing the feeding systems.
